Manufacturing Process

Raw Material Formulation → Fine Grinding → Spray Drying → Dry Pressing/Isostatic Pressing → Reaction Sintering (Silicon Infiltration) → Precision Machining (Cutting, Grinding) → Non-Destructive Testing → Surface Treatment → Final Inspection & Packaging.

Usage Instructions

  1. Pre-Installation Check: Inspect the ceramic plate for any visible cracks or chipped edges before installation.

  2. Installation Method: Can be fixed using high-strength adhesive or via mechanical镶嵌 (mechanical embedding/mounting). Using a flexible gasket between the plate and the substrate to buffer stress is recommended.

  3. Machining Notice: This product is extremely hard and cannot be processed with conventional tools. For special sizes or holes, please provide detailed drawings during ordering for us to perform precision machining.

  4. Safe Handling: Wear gloves during handling and installation to avoid cuts from sharp edges.
