Product Introduction

This product is a precision structural part made of high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃ content ≥ 95%). It is manufactured using the cold isostatic pressing forming and high-temperature sintering processes. It has a milky-white cylindrical shape, with a smooth and flawless inner wall. The outer wall is equipped with symmetrical clamping grooves and strip-shaped through holes. It possesses excellent mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance performance.

Core Advantages

  • Hardness reaches HRA85 - 90, and wear resistance is 3 - 5 times better than that of metal materials.
  • Resistant to high temperatures up to 1600℃, with a thermal expansion coefficient as low as 7.5×10⁻⁶/℃.
  • Insulation resistance > 10¹⁴Ω・cm, dielectric loss < 0.001.

Process Flow

Raw material proportioning → Ball milling to make pulp → Spray granulation → Cold isostatic pressing forming → Debinding and sintering (1650℃) → Precision CNC machining → Ultrasonic cleaning → Laser detection.

Instructions for Use

  • Avoid knocking with hard objects during installation. It is recommended to use special tooling for positioning.
  • The working temperature should not exceed 1500℃, and sudden thermal shocks should be avoided.
  • When cleaning, use absolute ethanol for ultrasonic cleaning. Strong acids and alkalis are prohibited.
