This product is manufactured using gas-phase sintered silicon nitride ceramic, presenting a dark gray metallic luster surface. The product adopts an innovative irregular trapezoidal structure, featuring a positioning boss with precision circular holes at the top and four symmetrically distributed mounting holes on both sides of the bottom. The overall structure has been optimized through finite element analysis, achieving lightweight design while ensuring structural strength. All hole positions are processed with high precision, with positional tolerances controlled within ±0.01mm.
